Whether you are a new mom or seasoned in motherhood, this group is open to women to discuss the struggles in today's society with the role of being a mother. There are many different expectations placed on women today and their role as parents. This group is meant to help moms in building the skills to manage motherhood alongside their other life roles and goals, as well as, to address the obstacles that come along the way.
This group is led by Stacy Donaldson, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy. The fee to participate in the group is $35/session, although some insurance plans are accepted.
