Danielle Norwood, LMFT

“Safety is not the absence of threat, it is the presence of connection.” - Gabor Maté

If you’ve experienced domestic violence, abuse, or trauma of any kind; or if you’re struggling to make connections and maintain meaningful relationships, therapy is a tool that can help you heal, grow and thrive.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT 109809), and I’ve been practicing since 2004. I use a relational approach to collaborate with you as an equal. It’s a team effort: you are the expert on your life, and I’ll be by your side to provide guidance and support along your journey.

Together, we’ll create a plan to help you build stronger relationships and a more fulfilling, meaningful life. We’ll discover what you need to move from surviving to thriving, and find the tools that work best for you along the way. I offer individual therapy for tweens, teens and adults. If you’re interested in learning more, or if you have questions, please feel free to reach out!
