Dr. Scott Ballinger is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 29441) in the state of California, with primary foci in assessment, research, teaching, and supervision. Most recent specializations include extensive neuropsychological, psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational, and vocational evaluations from childhood to older adult populations. Prior clinical experiences include offering psychotherapeutic services in academic, outpatient, and inpatient settings.

Dr. Ballinger attended Azusa Pacific University as both and undergraduate and graduate student, completing his PsyD degree requirements in 2015. During his education, he completed concentrations in both Psychodynamic Systems of Psychotherapy and Organizational Consultation. APU’s Clinical Psychology program emphasizes Family Psychology, and is an APA accredited institution.

Scott would consider himself "tech-savvy", with research interests including the development of mental health services utilizing emerging technologies, integration of technology in traditional mental health operations, and application of psychological principles within technology-based industries.
